PREAMBLE:
Health is wealth and a healthy man is a
wealthy man. Healthy Living is important for maintaining good health. It
entails eating right, healthy exercise, good sanitation, adequate rest
and sleep. Eating right includes eating
balanced diet at the appropriate time. Balanced diet includes food,
fruits and vegetables. Fruits contain vitamins needed for growth,
repairs of tissue and maintenance of the body. Fruits can be eaten like
that or extracted as juice.
Today, I will take you through the process
of making a delicious and healthy fruit juice. .
INGREDIENTS
Water Melon, Apple, Pawpaw, Grape, Orange, Pine apple.
PREPARATION
Wash all the fruits you want to use with salted water,
after that, rinse with clean water. You wash them with salt water to
kill all the germs and worms that might be on the body of the fruit.
Peel the pawpaw and remove the black seed inside, you can also peel the
orange, water melon and grapefruit before using them but you do not
need to peel the apple. Dice the fruits and pour all into your miller
machine and blend. Pour the juice in a container and serve chilled. Do
this for one week and give me a feedback.
